A fantastic experience! The environment was clean, the therapist was professional, and the service was attentive. All my fatigue melted away after the massage—it is truly a wonderful place to relax both body and mind. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back again.
Bad experience! I paid $60 for 45 minutes and I only got 17 minutes, I asked the girl if she could refund some of the money I paid and she said no, the girl kept playing on her phone and leaving the room, the massage was bad by an inexperienced girl 👎
I thought the back massage was very good but hurting shortly after. Massage didn't help my back. Have had many full body massage in many places. Nothing similar to today. With the attire I should have known to leave premises. Second warning was I paid with credit card and asked for receipt four times. Never got which means possible overcharged. Third warning I asked how late was open and told 10:30 PM. A new business surely should be familiar with city of Mesa rule which does not permit customers to be in the business after 10pm with employees out of premises no later than 10:30 pm. Next warning was three times left the room for approximately 15 minutes total. The actual masseuse time in room was no more than 35 minutes. Masseuse said I was wrong. I entered the room at 10 minutes to the hour and left at 25 minutes after the hour I paid for an hour. The last situation was three improper questions each asked twice. After question the massage was essentially over. Personally I didn't care about the questions which simply was a no answer. No receipt is against the law and severely shortened time had me walking out. If you have had many actual LMT massages you probably will observe the masseuse constantly glancing at the clock. 12/12/25 I can't recall massage helping neck. Neck discomfort lessened. Bank card services advised amount charged was the agreed amount.
Got a very good massage. Very helpful relieving out sore muscles after hard day atvwork
